Bump if you're keeping score at home....
For the Foo Fighters, there are lots of chattering (mostly on here) about them, so that's why they're there. Don't @ me

in the case of Bottlerock tho it just meant Chevy Metal was playing and not Foos Foos played BottleRock last year tho I think i believe so but im just saying a Chevy Metal show isnt indicative of a Foos show (im not at all speaking against the chances that Foos are playing this year. just that a CM show in MPLS beforehand isnt really the giveaway)

Ariana's a fun booking. If they book Foo Fighters and another semi-interesting headliner, I might be tempted (especially with Grandoozy getting Grandozerd)

If we could get like, all of those tour openers too that would rule.

Good for Lala Lala for getting on to a bunch of those shows. I wasn't sure if she would make it big at all out of Chicago.

They might just be skipping Chicago this go around. They played here twice already on this cycle.

They did a WKQX holiday show, so they won't double dip for their summer thing at Tinley.

I guess I like Chris Stapleton headlining because at least it's not another one of the 7-8 flavor of the week bullshit appeal to the masses headliners we get every other year that the absolute only way anyone here would ever be able to enjoy is to first spent $80 on booze.

He has two Chicago Theatre shows next month. Definitely suspicious, though.

Knowing the first post is maybe a dozen bands and knowing the festival regulars that'll surely be there otherwise I don't hate how this is shaping up

If we can find a way to get Foos/Tame/Stapleton I would be ecstatic. Something tells me were going to end up with 1 of those 3 though.

Seems very likely we just get tame, though I’d love Stapleton.

yeah this will be my first year since like 2013 without seeing Stapleton if he doesn't come to Lolla. Its unlikely but it would be great to have him up against Ariana on Bud light. Could get a great spot for him. Foos also always seem too good to be true, you never know though.

We're not getting Christ Stapleton. As cg has pointed out, he's playing Country Thunder which is an hour away from Chicago.
