Raw Deal is also way better than most of these choices.
Red Heat is comically bad but still deserves to be nominated just for the Chicago angle and the scene where they go to the "bad" part of town and it's pre-gentrification Wicker Park.

like eraser as the best arnold film, although pastorelli is the main reason the film is great.

I could never get through Eraser or Last Action Hero oddly (I think I suffered from Arnie burnout by this point), but I really liked The Sixth Day.
