alright brief recap of what i've seen so far -
princess nokia - solid
the hu - should be headlining the rose bowl
the regrettes - sounded really fucking good today
raveena - jealous of everyone seeing her in chicago shortly, i thought this set was great
bishop briggs - didn't land for me but she did get to do the "please just let me play 45 seconds of my last song" thing and it worked and was cool
ari lennox - intoxicating case of the performer having the time of her life and it lending itself tremendously to the set, this is the set to beat in terms of the livestream
dom dolla - like the guy with the loudest bluetooth speaker at a public pool party
carly rae jepsen - rough start but she is an absolute icon and this set rules, call me maybe could be one of the most fun songs of the weekend

just got home from a family function, watched the first song of Madeon's and switched it over to Anitta
i'm thoroughly entertained
EDIT: watching Anitta on my smart TV and Madeon on my laptop while waiting for Arcade Fire

This interview with Louis The Child layered over this Madeon set should be a thing... make all of the Coachella interviews take place over a soundtrack to make them less tedious (shout out New Trier High School)

was hoping to hear Pop Culture before Arcade fire started, and he teased it... but from looking at his recent setlists, Madeon hasn't been performing it...

when i put on the arcade fire livestream i was like "i don't know why i'm even bothering with this; i haven't liked this band for more than a decade" and then two songs in i'm going "damn this owns..."
