Sampha worked on the David Byrne track, can hear some pieces of his influence in there.

The Breeders posted a snippet on FB of new music. Kim sounds a Crutchfield sister now.

Not sure on anyone else’s feelings on this but Joan Baez is releasing what she says will be her final album on March 2 that she’s following up with her final tour. Has anyone here seen her in the past 5-10 years? The internet indicates she sounds pretty decent still

Ride - Tomorrow's Shore (EP) - Feb 16th. Includes Pulsar and new track Catch You Dreaming below. There's a shorter version up on Spotify for some reason.

Today's off to a good start. diggin that new The Men track, it's 10x better than anything on Tomorrow's Hits. Their last album Devil Music wasn't awful either.

This Men track is the shit. Loving the Suicide vibes and the squealy sax. Best I've heard from them since New Moon I think.
And wow this Twin Fantasy remake is somethin' else, can't wait to hear his revamped take on "Bodys"

Matador has provided a chart to help you decide if you want to pre-order the new Car Seat Headrest album. In addition to the reworked version of Twin Fantasy, there will also be Twin Fantasy: Mirror To Mirror a remastered version of the original album released only on Record Store Day (4/21) for now, with a wide release expected later.

“We are gonna be finished imminently. I’d say in the next several weeks we will be done with this record. But everything exponentially happened quicker and quicker towards the end. I think we’re just getting my studio back on from being on the road.”
“We are certainly past the half way point and I’d say Maynard’s probably further along than I am musically. At least with the finished tracks. The songs are there but there’s tidying up to do there on some stuff there.”
(spoiler: it's not Tool)

Also y'all hear that CupcakKe album yet? Heard it's got some bangers I listened to it yesterday and it does have some bangers. It's raunchy, and not exactly ground breaking by any means, but it's a fun record that I enjoyed.
