Totally get that! Thankfully people carrying it on them has gotten way more common. If it feels weird to get at a pharmacy there are definitely organizations in most cities that want to get it into as many hands as possible, totally judgement free. Would definitely recommend seeking those out if you can! Saw that Shaky Knees is going to have a booth this weekend giving it away free. Wonder if Lolla will do the same? |

Yeah the wild thing is that it does literally nothing at all when given to someone who doesn’t need it. No reason for it to have been this stigmatized for so long This might sound kind of dumb on my part, but let me give this a shot because this how I used to feel about it: Me (at CVS): I'd like some Narcan, please. CVS: Wow, you must be into some heavy drugs. Me: It's not for me....it's for a...friend? In other words, (in my own stupidity) I didn't want people to think I was getting it for myself or someone in my family. But, I will be getting some for my trip to Lollapalooza this year. Just to make this a longer story: I went to CVS (for real this time) and; Me: I'd like some Narcan, please. 1st Pharma Tech guy: (to the 2nd pharma tech) Hey do we have any Narcan in stock? 2nd pharma tech guy: I don't know, page the manager. (over the store intercom): Do we have any Narcan is stock? there's a gentleman who wants some Narcan. Manager (over the intercom): The Narcan is in the prescription nasal sprays. 1st Pharma guy: Do you want us to run it through your insurance? It will be about a $60 co-pay. Me: I thought it was free. No thanks. So I went home and ordered from the link that thebosma posted and I got it in the mail today for free. I hate that everyone I want to see on Saturday is on the TxT side of the park. Hopefully, the k-pop jerks learned how to be decent humans since the last time they hit Lolla.

Outside of the headliner conflicts which where expected my only other big ones are Garbriels- vs Mag Bay and having to leave Foals early for Fred Again. Nice that Pusha T is closing Perry's on Saturday.
