Real "I am out of touch" moment when I can only remember the melody to one of the top 10 songs here (Alien Superstar, duh). Haven't really taken to the Alvvays album, despite many tries.
Big Thief getting a 9.0 for a 20-song album, then only placing 1 song on the SOTY list (in the 30s) is weird. But this is basically a Big Thief stan account so my judgment is a little impartial.

Pretty good list! Cool to see a fair number of experimental-leaning picks throughout. Actually excited to add an album in their Top 10 to my new-listening queue (Lucretia Dalt), and that's about as good as you can hope for from List Season.
