He has no back-to-back shows on this tour (presumably load management) so it would have to be Aug. 7. If the Cubs have a 1:20pm game on Aug. 6 is that enough time to load in and set up for the next day?
And why have that full week between the Wrigley date and the next stop on the tour? Unless he plays Soldier Field I guess but why not do both shows there?

I saw that Houston and Tulsa tickets have gotten super cheap on the secondary market. Like under $10 for nosebleeds Wild Houston has been cheap this entire tour. It was an instant sell out but prices dropped pretty fast secondary. I think combo that it's not the best market here, show was on a Tuesday, and it's on Valentine's Day. They released more tickets like chvrch mentioned shows would and those aren't even sold out yet, you can get a pit ticket from the official website at face value (which face value still comes out to like $475 after fees though) We got some really great lower bowl tickets and came out to nearly $200 per ticket under what face would have been. Surprised more people didn't get on these shows, looking at the prices in some markets I think travel to Houston plus the ticket would have been even cheaper

Adam Sandler played here last night (Rob Schneider back opening by the way, so he wasn't kicked off the tour) at the same venue Bruce is playing today here in Houston and that didn't affect it, although I know a stadium and converting from sports to concert probably takes more

cross posted here I imagine there's a lot of 2nd (and maybe 3rd) show announcements to come for some of these dates, including Wrigley I don’t see how they do a second Wrigley show with P!nk playing on Aug. 12. He could do the 7th or 11th.

Springsteen couldn’t possibly play on the 11th, tear down that night and have enough time for P!nk to load in and set up for the 12th, right?

What if P!nk just agrees to use Adam Sandler’s stage setup instead of her own?

fwiw last summer at Wrigley Def Lep and Motley Crue played Wrigley on July 8th and Zac Brown Band played on the 9th so there's some precedent different acts to play on consecutive nights. Also GNR and Dead and Company played on back to back nights in 2021.

This was my first time seeing him so I don't have other Bruce shows to compare to, but that lived up to every expectation and was probably one of my favorite shows I've ever been to. Absolute blast

damn he opened with Night! Little Steven back? He was! As was Soozie. No Nils though, only him and Patti were missing Bruce and Steven did a dueling guitars thing for the solo to Because the Night (which Nils usually does on his own) and that ruled. Also that song was a highlight of the night, glad he has it in the setlist

Oh also "If I Was The Priest" got its tour debut last night (and first performance since 1972 apparently) which made me happy because it might be my favorite song on Letter to You, and it was so so good live, even better than on the record. Hope he keeps that in the sets

'Cadillac Ranch' debuted last night, and per setlist.fm Jake Clemons was out with Covid? Who played the sax?

Headliners were garbage but the undercard was good.

I didn't buy Bruce tickets this morning, BUT I have had the sax solo in "Thunder Road" stuck in my head for the last hour!
