tweet asked me about doing a byob brunch this year.
we're not doing the fest and as far as i know we're not hosting anyone, but we'd love to join a brunch n' booze adventure if you guys want.
i can put a call into breakfast house (Grand and Wood) for the back room at 11:30 or noon Saturday.

Currently there’s at least a 50% chance of rain for every day of the festival. Not great. It seems like every source has a diff forecast with regards to rain and storms...some with just rain on Friday, so I'll remain hopeful. |

It moved back a little bit because they cut down some of the trees, but it was in the same general area. It was always ferro_man who kind of kickstarted setting up camp in the past, and I am not sure if he is attending the fest or not this year. |

Last weekend had a worse forecast, and I was able to successfully fest each day and didn't get caught in the rain once. Everything will be fine, just wear shoes you don't care about  |

No chairs this year, pals. Also worth noting, if it hadn't been already, that p4k has the same bag policy as lolla Bags will be restricted to small purses/satchels/fanny packs/drawstring bags, and may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28 cm x 12 cm). • Empty CamelBaks, empty hydration packs (must be able to remove water pouch from bag) and empty water bottles (plastic or aluminum only) with a max size of 36oz. |

The site reads that if you bring a sealed water bottle, security must be able to break the seal upon entering the grounds.

P4K security is generally much more lax than Lolla. I will still attempt to sneak ice cubes in the bladder of my CamelBak.

The year that Beck played mrs ten15 came with me on friday to see Beck. Was going along great, until..... The company that owns Twinkies was there promoting their return to the market. Twinkie the Kid was there and mrs ten15 wanted her picture taken with him/her/it. So, she gives me her phone and goes to pose with TtK. I snap the picture, and we take our free twinkies. Turns out, TtK "stopped short" with mrs ten15 and grabbed her breast. I did not notice at the time, but she told me about it as we were walking away, and the picture captured a weird look on her face. She was perturbed by the incident, but we still ate the twinkies. However, we did delete the photo. |
