I love Christmas music, and I love finding tracks that can stand against the classics.

Here's my Christmas playlist: This is v good and only contains a few of the versions of Christmas songs that fueled my retail worker nightmares so you’re beating most of the playlists I see

I've always had a soft spot for holiday music. Since 2002, I've made a new mix of xmas music every year for family and friends (willing to share a dropbox link via PM, if interested)...started out as something I did because I was bored at the dorm and then became a tradition. At the very least, it's made me extremely prolific in my knowledge of modern Christmas music:P
This year's mix includes: Butch Walker, Best Coast, Kelly Clarkson, Kaskade, Gaspard Royant, MxPx, Ace Enders, Michael Angelakos, Charlotte Carpenter, Rostam, Cheap Girls, Martha, Dude York, Echosmith, Phoebe Bridgers, Sia, Wham!, Jeremih and Chance, DMX, Simple Plan, Four Eyes, MUNA, Coeur de Pirate, Andrew McMahon, and Chris Farren

I'm a big fan of that Phoebe Bridgers song. She could sing the alphabet and I'd be entranced, though.

saw the Waitresses (w/ 2 forgettable opening acts) at the ballroom of the Orrington hotel one December, prior to the yr 1996, because lead singer Patty was still alive. Have seen their sax player in other bands he's played with: Psychedelic Furs, Liquid Soul, Slammin' Watusis, and ran into him at the Aldi on Montrose once and at a mutual friends xmas party on the NW side of Chicago.
