I was falling asleep on my feet at the Chromatics Pitchfork after show at Lincoln Hall. Drinking all day at the fest and the LH taco bar did me in.

I just thought of a third instance lol. 1.) Modest Mouse when they opened for REM (part tired, part boring), 2.) Chromeo at Lolla one year (real tired), 3.) Jeremy Enigk (one of the most boring sets ever).

I felt really tired before and during Drive Like Jehu's set at Psycho Las Vegas in 2016. I went up to the balcony to sit down and close my eyes for a bit. I don't know if I actually fell asleep.

Also, who among us hasn't dozed off at a show once or twice? 13-year old me at a grateful dead show during drums/space. and at cheap trick when i was hammered passing-out drunk. |

I dozed during the first half of OPN at Big Ears last year. Was fully awake for the second half, which ripped. Does passing out due to overheating at the Metro count? If this counts, then also Obituary. |

Finally remembered the last time I was falling asleep at a show, it was Besnard Lakes at Hideout two years ago, but that was because I had gotten back from Italy a day or two before and jet lag was really beating my ass. But that was when I found out the play the soundboard sound out side of the venue so you can sit and listen out there

This wasn't napping, but I did pass out at the Cabaret Metro and Sauna during a New Pornos Lolla after show. I know some of you were there because I saw you after I came to my senses.
