What a day! This took some time! You've got questions, I've got answers.
What are you going to do for the rollout?
I am going to put albums 100-51 as voted by you, the posters of theboarddot, at the end of this post in spoiler format. I am then going to give albums 50-1 each an individual post tomorrow starting around 8:45am CST.
Did Bosma's list fuck everything up?
Bosma's list *kind of* fucked everything up, especially in the top 5, but to lay the individual blame at the foot of one person is kinda sad. The blame should be on the people who didn't vote. You know who you are.
You said you were going to do something fun for the rollout?
Eh, I could publicize the beta of a new group music player I found with songs from artists in the top 50 in lieu of doing a songs list tonight. I could also just watch Hawks-Sharks or put NBA League Pass on. TBD. I'll post in this thread if I do it!
There's no songs list this year?
Correct- we only had 5 lists, plus munk's that never finished and chvrch's list was short, so I can only assume he listened to like, 5 songs this year. Don't see us bringing that back- I stopped doing it when I took over and then a bunch of people said "hey we should do a songs list too" and then I did it and then people didn't vote on it. Classic board! God I hope you people vote in stuff that actually matters this year.
Are we gonna see 100-51 now or what?
Sure! As usual, ties are broken by the number of lists an album appeared on, and spelling and grammar mistakes are my own.
Anything else?
Not right now! See you tomorrow or possibly tonight! Can't believe I beat the Coachella lineup in getting this out, or at least started anyway.
