The top categories seem significantly more bizarre than usual but the genre noms seem much better than usual so I guess that's the trade off.

The album of the year nominations are insane but the funniest one is that Black Pumas album which is the most generic boring xrt shit in the world came out in 2019 which is why the "deluxe edition" was nominated

Watched the whole Emmys last night for some reason. Barry really got shafted. What is it about Ted Lasso that I'm missing? Just the most milquetoast bullshit I've ever seen in my life and yet it won every award pretty much.
Was happy to see all the White Lotus wins, though.
Will Bob Odenkirk be eligible next year or was this year him being up for the final BCS season? He looked pissed when the guy from Squid Game beat him.
