1. I think they should show clips of the actor/actress nominees in their respective films, rather than having past winners show up to gush about how wonderful they are.
2. Was Ariana Grande wearing a pink comforter, or 2 pink comforters?

A legit surprise for Best Actress, but Stone's performance was fantastic so tough to argue. In addition to the presumptive winner in Gladstone, I think there was an argument for Hüller as well. Great performances all around.

I liked the awkward tributes instead of the clips. Great show tonight IMO

Great performances all around. I thought it might be a good night for Emma Stone when Poor Things picked up three awards earlier in the evening.

in an otherwise good show, the In Memoriam gets worse every year. the camera work during that was dreadful. way too much time was devoted to the performers instead of the screen with the names.

Agreed. You almost had to squint to see the list of names on the screen at the end. i waited until someone inevitably posted a screenshot of it afterward. i was a little surprised burt young and cormac mccarthy didn't make the main list.

I don't know why, but the QR code to see more In Memoriam names felt tacky.
