we're not doing brackets for this guy
counting the big chill because maybe the best kevin costner movie is the one where it starts with him dead
nobody respectable is voting anything later-era than mr brooks so thats where this cuts off, whine elsewhere!

I voted for The Big Chill. I hate that movie, but playing a corpse was the perfect role for him.

I'll be the only vote for Silverado. It's one of the best "Wait, this guy is in this?" films.

Legitimately enjoy Silverado and Untouchables. Tough call.

Bull Durham. Super easy choice. This is the correct answer. Although Field of Dreams is good too.

Horizon is gonna suck right? The trailers look good for it and there hasn't been a good western since Rango I think but it's getting panned to no end from what I can see

Probably the Untouchables. Far far far from my favorite De Palma and probably in large part due to Costner himself but there are some scenes where our Perverted Italian King is just absolutely cooking in this one.
I would agree that Costner generally sucks but I love Westerns so I'll be at both Horizon Opening Nights in my boots and pearl snap.

I went with JFK, the only one of those I've seen. I'm sure I probably saw Field of Dreams at some point in my life but can't say for sure.

I should probably watch Bull Durham in full at some point but barring that and barring no Draft Day option, it’s No Way Out for me. Just because that’s the movie I like rewatching the most, not because Costner is particularly good (or bad).
I’ll watch Untouchables or Field of Dreams they’re on. I can’t imagine ever watching Dances with Wolves again. JFK is a mess; I like Don Sutherland’s character in that one.

I haven't seen For Love of the Game but since Bull Durham and Field of Dreams are clearly the favorites here maybe another baseball movie is worth a watch
