has anyone said the pitchfork list is bad yet? They tryna tell me a massive attack album is better than Silver Jews and Lucinda Williams LMAO The point of revision on these lists you would think would be to reflect on albums thats aged incredibly well not albums that in retrospect are horse shit like massive attack and moon safari but hey If they still like Moon Safari and Massive Attack they shouldn't be reviewing music |

Amy Sherald is kind of known for her style of portraits, specifically of people of color. It's a different style, but they're beautiful, and still an actual portrait.   |

In reuniting The Smashing Pumpkins, the band's dedication remains to its fans and its music. To that, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, and William Corgan haven't played a show with D'arcy Wretzky for over 18 years. But it's not for a lack of trying. For despite reports, Ms. Wretzky has repeatedly been invited out to play with the group, participate in demo sessions, or at the very least, meet face-to-face, and in each and every instance she always deferred. Yeah I'm not sure why we need a countdown clock if William is sending out press releases confirming the reunited lineup without D'Arcy. Unless he's releasing the long promised video of his confrontation with Bradford Cox it seems like this is going to be underwhelming.
