Tbf teekoh claims to have seen ten movies and lists eight. Good job board we're 2/4 on correct lists.

I refuse to list Wonder Woman and felt weird listing Lego Batman in the top 10.

McDonagh not getting a best director nomination makes me wonder if it’s momentum has slowed down: its momentum should've slowed down after all of twitter decided it was a bad movie without seeing it.surprised it still cleaned up at the SAG awards but not expecting it to get best picture here. rockwell probably wont win at this point either. (i'll be sad if Frances doesnt get hers tho) i figured lady bird was the easy pick since the oscars almost always go with safe choices but idk maybe shape of water fits that mold more this year gimme a break

Schindler's List was neader's favorite movie of 1993 despite the fact he only saw the opening credits.

Are we in for another year where Star Wars gets ranked artificially high because the most people who don't watch a lot of movies saw it?

I'm sure that applies to the MCU stuff, too.

Thankfully this ranking is meaningless. I guess we could call for an award's show. Who wants to send out the invites?

I mean, is there a certain ranking that a Star Wars movie is supposed to have?

i think TLJ will rank higher than almost all the the other blockbusters we've ranked in previous years, based on most reactions and conversations we've had about it compared to Force Awakens, the Avengers or Justice League series, the Harry Potter films and spinoffs, etc.

30 movies seems like very high cutoff to me for our lists. is that what we've done in years past? Seems like it would definitely benefit big movies that more people have seen

ive still only seen it once but after a lot of thinking about it my opinion has not changed on the last jedi and I still really did not like it. it was not a well written movie

Seems like it would definitely benefit big movies that more people have seen Unfortunately, the majority of that info is lost now. I tried, but the only post that google had cached was about boycotting Jimmy Johns. Do other folks have thoughts on this? Like I said, I'm not specifically attached to 30.
