Being left handed made Skyward Sword's controls disorienting as well because they changed Link's dominant hand from left to right, annoyingly. Had a similar issue playing the Kid Icarus game for 3DS altho I really did love everything else about that game so I powered through it on a low difficulty. I didn't get far enough that I can really comment on the story... remember thinking the start was decent but way too drawn out (same goes for TP).

It did seem like they introduced some cool aspects in SS (bird mount, the individual worlds that were too compartmentalized, some of the side quests), but didn't develop them fully. That did bother me some imagining how much better it would've been with everything realized.

I went down a real wiki wormhole and realized that only two years passed between OOT and MM, and then two more between MM and WW... That seems insanely fast to me in hindsight.

Sorry the timeline graphic I was looking at threw me off. April 2000 - March 2003 for NA release, so more like three years....

Everything was so compartmentalized, despite them really trying to introduce that bird mount... What was the point of flying that thing? You could deliver soup and fight one boss on it... That really sums up all of the issues. Aside from the over-tutorialing. |

I liked SS just fine. Though, near the end I was pretty ready for it to be over.
For some reason, I have never fully played Majora's Mask or Wind Waker, and that makes me pretty sad.

The problem with this list is that this is off the top of my head in like a minute and there's tons of stuff I'm surely forgetting, plus this isn't even accounting for some indie games of which I can't even parse all the ones I've played. So this is in no way a definitive list. Stuff like Smash, Fire Emblem, Mario, Hearthstone (though I no longer play it), Starcraft, Diablo, Professor Layton, etc. could easily be on here given my mood.

Heck, I even have some great memories with some of the older Halo games.
