I got 2 pairs of Jack White tickets but I wasn't looking before I bought them. I was hoping to transfer to a friend but this is a credit card entry only show?? What the hell am I supposed to do? Just eat the 4 tickets? are you saying you are not attending at all and were planning to transfer all tickets? yeah, i think you've got to eat them. but if you are going, you can just go with the friend and those tickets will be under your name. but i thought there was a 2-ticket limit, so one pair may get tossed. |

was a pretty easy solution in the end. I called the Empty Bottle and talked to someone there and threatened to do a chargeback if they didn't refund me. They were hesitant at first but once I said I used my capital one rewards card they quickly reversed course.
Bummed to miss the show, hopefully my 4 tickets go to good hands.

"i didn't read the fine print on a purchase, but mentioning my capital one rewards card got me a refund. it can do the same for you." |
