honestly didn't realize demand would be like this. figured they could comfortably sell the arenas obviously but not like instant sell out in every market

They haven't done a proper US tour in 8 years/goth rock is in right now/post pandemic live entertainment demand continues to be through the roof.

Getting tickets for one of the shows at MSG was a complete lost cause, but I managed to secure a pair of club level seats towards the rear of the arena for the Philly show which is thankfully on a Saturday.
Side note: it’s really fucking annoying when there’s no reference to see where your actual seats are in the row.

As far as I can tell the verified fan thing does absolutely nothing. If anything I feel like it maybe keeps more casual fans out because scalpers definitely know how to game that system better than any regular person The only way to avoid scalpers is to make them non-transferable and only resellable at face value like they did in most states, but couldn't do in IL apparently |

I saw 100 level seats that were $100 but that's still very reasonable for 2023. I think floor might have been more expensive as well. |

Ravinia schedule is a whole lot of nothing this year. Only considering that Counting Crows/Dashboard show. John Fogerty on 7/9 is the only one I'm eyeing. Brandi Carlile is the same night as Beck/Phoenix that I'm already committed to |
