But why would Wrigley be held off? Cubs are gone until 8/1. That would also most likely be the Thursday of Lolla. I forgot Lolla starts on Thursday now. It would be a pretty fast turnaround from the last time they played but that has never stopped Lolla in the past. Lock 'em in. |

Salt Shed posted a follow up to that cryptic post that we think is LCD, with a phone number to call (224-526-7248), that has recording that is kind of difficult to hear. They referenced 10/6, 10/12, & 10/13 on the recording, but Band of Horses is already booked on 10/13 so I'm not exactly sure what is going on.

Black Keys / Local H is a fun night Agreed. I have somehow never seen either band. Last year's Jack White show at Twisted Xmas was the drunkest crowd I've ever been in since there were so many free shots. I look forward to carrying on that tradition this year at Black Keys. |

On the 6th you will be faced with a proposition - I could see this being the shows getting announced
On the 12th, a thunderous storm will awaken vibrations within you - no idea what the hell this means - maybe a presale?
On the 13th, it is their hope you will be lulled into a dream - could be that they hope you get tickets, which go on sale on friday 10/13 (or it could just mean that they are aware that band of horses will be putting everyone to sleep)

Also idk if anyone here planned on attending, but Dexys cancelled their upcoming tour. this is not surprising. there were maybe 50 taken seats on the seating chart for the vic show when i looked a couple weeks ago. i saw dexys in 2012 and it was a great performance. they played the new album in full and acted it out like a stage play. very entertaining. encore was several older songs. no "come on eileen" and the one person who yelled out for it was booed. i was hoping for a very cheap secondhand ticket to that one. |
