I feel like Father John Misty has just settled into a role of being a favorite artist of much more popular artists.

DoMore has been a dud for a few months but finally got an offer for a show I wanted to go to.
Sid Sriram @ Lincoln Hall. He put out a really cool album last year. Heavily influenced by Bon Iver

Just don't get a hotel in the downtown/Freemont street area. Also the Stratosphere and that new Fontaineblue are a little further north from the rest of the strip so it's not as easy to get around, but they do have train now that connects most everything (except the airport of course). Paris is probably my favorite of the ones I have stayed at though.

I would also like to add for those who have been to fests and such in Texas that a Whataburger will be opening soon on the strip. I was really thrilled to see that.

We did not care about being on the strip and we stayed at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Curio Collection by Hilton which was very nice and just a mile south of the recommended parking deck for the Sphere. (Recommended by someone on the board, super easy in/out, less than a ten minute walk door to door.)
The room was very spacious and they had free EV charging in the parking garage. Solid restaurants on site, too. We ate at the Kitchen at Commons Club once for breakfast and another time for a light late night dinner. Very good. Our pre-U2 dinner was at their One Steakhouse and that was outstanding.

Park MGM is nice and in a good location. Venetian is the best hotel I've stayed at, but I'm guessing it's overpriced right now since that's where The Sphere is located.

Sounds like my feelings about In N Out though, thought that was massively overrated when I went there
