According to TM I was only number 140 in the queue, and after getting my tickets I hopped back in out of curiosity of whether I ended up at the front or if there really wasn't many people waiting, and was only number 5 in the queue for round 2. So I guess maybe there isn't a huge demand here?
But anyways got my floor tickets for here in Houston

I kept on losing 300 level tickets for Saturday. The looks sold out now except for platinum. Hopefully they held some back for the general onsale Friday.

I noticed they moved the start time from 7:00 to 6:30 so hopefully that means VW play as long if not longer than they did last time they were at Northerly.

Got a new error today that my spot in the queue was reset twice before finally letting me in.

They just released a lot more Saturday tickets. Guess I should have waited oh well. I actually had a good experience with Ticketmaster. I called their customer support to see if I could do a exchange to a better ticket and since it was a presale the agent was able to cancel my original order and I was able to then purchase a ticket in section 313. |

I called their customer support to see if I could do a exchange to a better ticket and since it was a presale the agent was able to cancel my original order and I was able to then purchase a ticket in section 313. ready for the board's "ticketmaster is actually good" era i've told this story before but for the beastie boys / ratm tour in 2000 (green day, at the drive in, busta rhymes opening!) i got in on a presale that went sideways (predictably) and i lost my great tix multiple times before i ended up just buying crappy pavilion seats (dallas). i wrote a nice, but firm, email to tm customer service voicing my frustrations. 30 minutes later i got a phone call from a tm rep apologizing and offering to exchange my tix and upgrade them to 18th row at no extra charge. ahhh those were such innocent, nicer times :–) and then the tour got canceled and ratm broke up :–( |

ticketmaster took care of my grandmother when she got alzheimers, and stayed by her side til the very end
