That Horsegirl record release show seems like something I should drag my ass down the street to
Edit- other Metro news since I'm on the website now. Verboten is opening both Frank Black shows. Squirrel Flower is playing 2 shows at the Top Note theatre which I guess I didn't process last week when they were announced, both are sold out. Napalm Dealth (lets remember a band!) is there May 19 w Melvins

napalm death and exodus separately played Thurston's, a venue I miss a lot more now that it is gone and turned into condominiums, than when it was a going concern.

Sounds like a cool update to the last tour but I am certainly not shelling out what they charged last time for a second time.

My most anticipated set of Big Ears 2025 is now a tour: took a couple minutes in the tk to find that although I've seen Karoli, Suzuki, Plotkin, The Brain (Bergland, Grenas, Fox), and Cluster (with Roedelius and Moebius) on different occasions, Rother was on none of the bills. Guess I'm gonna have to pencil in Rother's empty bottle show.

So the Chicago sign was at the Belmont cta stop. The ads for Brooklyn, Minneapolis and Austin were all at their arenas. So I guess she's probably not playing United Center again.

I've seen Charli enough so hoping she doesn't take a Lolla headlining spot. Her new show seems to lean heavily on more of a rave than a concert
