I will go the UC show, but wait for a cheap ticket since I'm seeing them at Lolla.

Day for Night for the Houston show maybe? If they play that Argentina fest on that Friday it might make sense. Still a bit of a trek though.
EDIT: They are playing on that Friday. Closing D4N is a real possibility I'd say.

Closing D4N is a real possibility I'd say. if they are doing that Friday then I suppose that makes sense. Win and Will are from the area and they haven't skipped Houston the last two tours, and the tour has the room easily for a weekend Houston show, so it's curious. It's definitely a good trek though.
I had a feeling that might happen after Win was at the fest this past year though

Yep, SubPop shows WP opening from Sept. 6 thru 28th. Tempted to go to the MSG show now...but that single...but wolf parade... Subpop does not list Wolf Parade as the New York/Boston/DC/Philly show openers. No longer interested in going. But hopeful for a tour

It'd be reasonably easy for them to get from Buenos Aires Saturday morning to Houston by Saturday afternoon and play Sunday night.
But I'm not sure if there is any precedence for a band playing South American one day and the U.S. two days later.

I'm in Boston for conference during the Texas shows so that sucks. Before I buy a ticket to the LA show on a Friday in October tomorrow, what other markets besides Houston and Nashville are being skippped? I can't really think of any big ones. So I'm guessing this is it for touring and they'll just do some fests next year.

Wolf Parade opening for Arcade Fire is a fucking travesty. My favorite part of the bill is the inclusion of Grandmaster Flash so they can continue to make a point of announcing, 'Here's a REAL DJ who spins REAL music'

I may not go to the Kansas City (technically, it's in Independence) show if they're going to be at Day For Night. I'd rather see them there than pay $60+ to see them again.

It will save me a sunburn.

They put on a good show def but I've seen them several times in festival and non-festival capacity. Now that Angel's announced a show close to KC, I'm hoping WP opens the KC show.

I haven't seen Arcade Fire since 2012, so I'll try to be at their Denver date.
