Big Thief & Palehound at Metro 10/18. Oh hell yeah. I assumed they would be playing bigger venues than the Metro by then. That will sell out for sure. Will it ? I don’t think their Thalia in the round show sold out |

Definitely not right away though Yea diff markets, but last year their Brooklyn Steel show - announced similarly far in advance - sold out here Edit: Also, that Thalia show was only like 2/3 full, but I think their star has risen since then |

2019 already trapper kept: Caylee Hammack, Lanco at Joe's on Wede Street (won tix) Caylee Hammack at US99 studio (won tix) tomorrow: dehd, malkmus and the jicks at metro (paid for this) beginning of august: bryan ferry at Chicago Theater (better half paid for this) whenever it is: riot fest (paid for this last yr) stuff I'm thinking about for February: procul harum at city winery stuff I'm thinking about for April: 3/5ths of mott the hoople at the Chicago theater; Caetano Veloso and his sons at symphony center who knows: jeff lynne's elo; 50% of queen; carrie underwood I am back in town for a couple of weeks at the beginning of April and will definitely be going to Mott The Hoople. I’m buying tickets today if anyone would like me to pick one up for them too.. |
