Luckily I've already seen her solo and with BOCC both at smaller venues so this is a no brainer for me.
Not sure how good a Phoebe arena show would be, but I can't pass this bill up.

the guy from toro y moi (so i guess not toro?) is doing a visual experience thing and launching party for a line of shoes at house of vans on 01/24. doesnt look like he's playing any music

I keep on thinking there’s another show on February 16th that I’m interested in besides Wolf Parade, but a quick venue search shows nothing. I think that is the weekend for that NBA all star thing that we thought Janelle Monae was playing, but she played it last year |

Is anyone here doing John Moreland @ Thalia? I seem to remember there was someone with extra box seats that if you don't mind me joining I'd like to pop in on. If not I'm gonna do a solo ticket soon-ish.
Also if anyone here is doing Hand Habits tomorrow at Schubas I just scooped a ticket for that, be my friend there

Eh, I enjoyed their first album. I wouldn't go out of my way to see them but if they were at a fest I was already attending I might watch their set depending on conflicts. There's certainly much worse alt pop out there.

One time I was in the beer garden at Coachella drinking an $11 mixed drink and Grouplove started so I dumped the whole thing out so that I could leave the beer garden and not hear them. This will be my sole contribution to the discussion of this band.
