I hope this means the Isley Brothers make the leap and headline Coachella and Lolla next year too I think it's more likely that this is just a continued trend of P4K and the Taste booking from the same talent pool. I hadn't noticed how much overlap they've had recently until now. Really looking forward to Billy Idol closing out the red stage before the fun. reunion headlining set next year. |

thebosma I can send you the info on volunteering, it's definitely worth it. You have to pick a 4 hour slot each day, shoild be pretty easy with the usual gaps in the schedule this year.

All of those are likely/rumored and aren't very far out there guesses. Who knows True, but most people have said all of those acts couldn't cohabitate the top 8 because it's way too expensive. So the interesting part about this dubious 'leak' is how expensive the headliners are. Which makes me VERY worried about the undercard. |

It’s gone up every year that I’ve gone to the fest, whether it’s through actual ticket price increases or last year with the additional $40 in taxes and fees. I don’t think it’ll be a huge jump it’s more of a comment on the idea that if I’m gonna do both pitchfork and Lolla I should probably make it as affordable as possible for me

yeah that top 4 is not anywhere close to too expensive
i agree with avb that my post with Jay Z and TBK definitely pushes it over the limit, but having neither makes it look pretty weak (fiscally speaking)

Exact Coachella Top 3 plus Foo Fighters just doesn't pass the sniff test at all but I also kind of don't really care too much about Lolla these days so I'm not really going to give it a lot of thought

Exact Coachella Top 3 plus Foo Fighters just doesn't pass the sniff test at all but I also kind of don't really care too much about Lolla these days so I'm not really going to give it a lot of thought that's the odder part for sure but i'd argue that has nothing to do with money as lolla always spends more on quantity and can afford those 3 without much problem i guess there's enough narratives out there about coachella having to book some replacement headliners this year that maybe lolla always had those 3 locked down and coachella was actually late to gambino and grande until **allegedly** kanye and JT dropped off. so they couldnt force them to be exclusive if other fests had already signed them. idk totally hypothetical but that's the only way i can see both fests sharing those 3 |

They are essentially Lolla’s Leftovers. |

You can make justifications how it would work logically and financially, I just would be surprised to see Coachella and Lolla with the same headliners.
Even if you flip it sequentially, I don't know that Coachella would want Lolla's headliners lite
