Carter is getting dominated by Embiid in the first few minutes of his NBA career and I will hold it against him for the next 15 years.
He moves extremely well off the ball though.

Other notes:
- Landry Shamet is already better than any PG on the Bulls roster.
- Bobby Portis will average 0.8 APG this year and the Bulls will match the Kings' $80 mil offer sheet in RFA.
- Ben Simmons might be LeBron 2.0 anyway but the Bulls D really makes him look like LeBron 2.0
- Jabari Parker is....not in shape

LaVine lost his man on like 5 straight possessions. Not even complex backdoor cuts or anything, just basic off-ball movement. Absolutely atrocious defensive player.

I hate that we gave up Butler for him, but I don’t hate LaVine. The NBA doesn’t give a shit about defense. When one of the best and most popular players (ahem, Harden) doesn’t give a shit, the league and fans follow suit. |
