It's not beer, but it's alcohol, so...in celebration of National Peanut Butter Lovers Month (and in celebration of peanut butter in general), I'm drinking some peanut butter whiskey. It's awesome.  Yeah when I tried that it was a lot better than I expected, would definitely recommend |

dmen tap had a cocktail with that skrewball pb whiskey and a jelly flavored mixer last year for my bday and it was dangerously delicious

I've been really into Aleman recently. I never really heard of them before this year but I've been seeing them pop up way more at liquor stores the last few months.

Damn they made a beer called Birdsong WHO KNEW I’ve been to the taproom with Seth. Good stuff. Didn’t realize you can get it here. The Jalapeño Pale Ale is solid. I generally don’t care for hot pepper ales, but they do it right. It’s pretty balanced. |

Not all that surprising, but now it's official:
3 Floyds told pub investors it is permanently closing its landmark brewpub in Munster, which has been a major draw to Northwest Indiana for years.
"As many of you know, this pandemic has not been kind to the restaurant industry, and we are no exception," 3 Floyds wrote in a letter to investors that was signed Nick Floyd + the 3 Floyds Brewpub team. "As of December 1, 2020, we have decided to permanently close 3 Floyds Brewpub. This decision was not easy for us, but at the end of the day, the safety of our customers and staff will always be our top priority."
The craft brewery plans to continue to brew craft beer that's distributed across the Midwest and offer curbside pickup in Munster.

What's it like going to a restaurant? It's been so long I've forgotten It was really quiet. We were the only customers that dined-in. There was one take out customer while we were there. So it wasn't a problem. BTW, the next day KC opened up all bars/restaurants for full capacity and hours. |

They do an incredible job with pretty much any IPA they release. There’s a terrific stout that might be available too
