I made the entire meal and handled all the cleanup. Still managed to watch a ton of football thanks to careful planning which included prepping the turkey and making the turkey stock on Wednesday night.
I've certainly gone out on the night before Thanksgiving in the past, but I've never heard it referred to as "Blackout Wednesday" before this year.

I'll be making cranberry-raspberry curd to go in a gingersnap piecrust, and garlic-herb cashew cheese for the cheese plate. And also picking up the rental car and maaaaaybe making a cheeky run to IKEA.
