Anyone else going to try sober January? I feel like I did it last year but can't remember if I had a slip up or not. This will be my third year in a row. Honestly I look forward to it after all the booze and food around the holidays. It's a great way to reset and get back into good habits. |

December is probably my busiest month at work so as much as I always think about doing it I always need to unwind. Also I have a tendency to take a vacation over MLK each year and who wants to be sober on vacation?

I'm not going to drink beer in January. Not going the full sobriety route. i think i need to do this route. gonna do february and bleed it into march probably. too many drinking events coming up still. |

I am going to try to do at least 10,000 steps a day for the next two weeks. Small goal but I've been very lazy.

My January’s usually pretty dry. Something about the heat running all the time and no humidity. Wreaks havoc on my sinuses.

I’m constantly using chapstick year round but have you done the saline spray for your sinuses? I did it a bunch last year and it was great, really helped me feel less like shit. |

That’s a good idea. I’ve intermittently done chap sticks/sprays, but not consistently enough to have it do any good.

Well I had posted something on Adele being chastized on social media for being too heavy, and now, after loosing 100 pounds, getting critized for being too skinny - to highlight how women can never win  (but then deleted as I thought it was the wrong thread/forum to post this after all and could perhaps be misinterpreted) Can't see how this is would be an "ok boomer" post (but if this is the case, then I'll happily gain 15 years to become one) ... |

I've had severely chapped lips for like the last three weeks and have tried multiple Chapsticks and have settled on a combo of Burt's Bees during the day and this Okeefe night time treatment one at night working best

I use far too much of it to be spending $8 a tube but if the CBD stuff is really incredible I might try it as a lil treat sometime. Burt's Bees is really great, I always get it when it's on sale. I haven't tried Okeefe's since I was in New Mexico back in boy scouts but I remember it also working wonders.
