Imagine turning down 80 million dollars for six days of work.

Lmaoooo wtf is "Gerry Cinnamon" the Brits are off their rocker over the last decade or so, i always look at the reading/leeds lineup and wonder if in 20 years we will look back on the lineup as fondly as we may look at the lineup from 20 years ago. and i don't think 2004 was even a top-tier lineup for this fest.

Would've liked to see The Magnetic Fields, particularly since they're doing their 69 Love Songs tour this spring. Some reunions from older groups would've had me considering the trip too (Spent, Butterglory, Ladybug Transistor). Idk if Polvo is ever gonna do shows again since their drummer passed, but that woulda done the job.

I have so many thoughts about both of these lineups but the big one is, yes, The Darkness was the biggest band in the world for like 8 months when I was in middle school. Always nice to know I'm not completely hallucinating parts of my childhood

the shows when they came back from hiatus were honestly sick as hell.
That whole first album is all heaters.

Bought passes for this over the weekend. Pretty excited. Especially excited to not be camping, I think at this point in my life I’m ok with missing when secret 5am sets or things like that happen. Now just hoping the market for Just Like Heaven drops out so I can make a week of it.
