yeah, what happened with pygmalion?
in 2011, i saw explosions in the sky, cut copy, washed out, braid, deerhoof, japandroids, and a bunch of others there. and for the last few years, i don't think any of their top acts have been where those bands were then.

They started leaning heavily into the tech bullshit a handful of years ago and the quality plummeted pretty much immediately. The highdive closed permanently as well which for sure didn’t help

DO312 comped me tickets as a bonus to the MMJ night at "Rose on the River" (Salt Shed "festival") on Thursday. Looks like doors are 3PM, show at 4PM.
Any idea what that timeline is going to look like? 10PM curfew? 11?

They made this free at like 5pm on Saturday and I literally saw more people at a neighborhood farmers market cover band show than Killer Mike. This fest is dead.

Yeah, I was there. It was kind of sad. There was literally no lines for anything. But, I must say that Foxy Shazam (on the free stage) was awesome. Same show, 15 years later, but still awesome.
