Idk I think the universe of "hits" for a band like the Dead that played long and varied setlists every night but admittedly didn't have any commercial radio "hits" outside of Touch of Grey is a little bigger than 20 songs? Just a different definition really.

Just a different definition really. I can agree with this. Let me rephrase, last night's set was lighter on the songs that casual fans would recognize.

In other setlists I've been stalking, Vampire Weekend have still not yet played "Hold You Now" live. Does anyone have a bucket hat I can borrow for tomorrow?

There are more songs that I like on tonight’s set list than yesterday’s but yesterday’s is a great set list
Can everyone stop pissing their pants about a cover bands set list

I would put them about even *shrug* My friend saw Bill Walton! Ha, he follows them everywhere. I saw him at both the Dead and Petty (RIP) when they played Wrigley the same week a couple years ago.

I've never spotted him personally, so I thought it was cool.

I've never spotted him personally, so I thought it was cool. He's always near the front. He was like 5 rows behind me at Petty, and they showed him on the screens at Dead & Co. He's either wearing the same tie dye shirt to every show, or he's got a large collection of them.

On his Euro dates in the last few weeks, AA Bondy only did about a dozen songs, and only 2 of those were before the new album... I’m kind of worried...
I don’t think he has an opener tomorrow, so maybe he’ll do a much longer set or something hopefully

First night of Blink's tour. Enema of the State is at the front of the set, in case anyone was curious. I still don't think it's possible to catch this and Hot Chip.

Yeah I'm kind of glad I didn't buy a ticket for that at this point, especially if the Strokes end up announcing a Metro show that night (and I am able to get tickets).

Becks basically playing the same setlist that we got at Riotfest, so I’m cool skipping this tour.

I was there, it was a fun song. It was a bonus track on the Japanese release of FOTB apparently, not like a new single. Really fun show, but their setlist the night before in OKC was a little better (30 songs vs 26 songs in Houston), and it was missing a few songs I would have loved (Hannah Hunt, Walcott, and New Dorp New York would have all been great) but also they are much better live than they've ever been before and it was a lot of fun
