I think its:
wilco - 21 times (22 next month) spoon - 18 times the bottle rockets - 15 times various jack white projects - 13 times drive-by truckers - 11 times
being in stl, the bottle rockets were easy enough. also some version of the urge is probably up there.

Best I can tell: 1. Yo La Tengo (26x) 2. Drive-By Truckers* (24x) 2. Wilco (24x) 4. Soul Asylum (14x) 5. Felice Brothers (11x) Isbell will be tied with Felice Brothers after ShoalsFest in October. * - I've also seen Patterson Hood and Mike Cooley solo or together 8x Yeah, YLT, might be in that #5 spot for me, I forgot about them. No idea of the number of times I have seen them though

I have seen MMJ and Wilco around 40-50 times each and Pearl Jam 25 times. Phish also around the 30-40 mark. I don't trapper keep but luckily all those bands have pretty robust tour archives so it's easy to go in and do a count.

Seen Phish 25 times but that will be 30 after a couple weeks from now.
Of Montreal is the only other band I've seen more than 10x

Bands honestly don't come to Houston enough for me to have huge counts. Not counting local bands. Feel like I'm missing someone but eh Iceage- 10 times Titus Andronicus- 8 times Flaming Lips- 7 times Muse- 6 times Priests- 6 times
If guest appearances count then Bun B is 10+ im pretty sure

They Might Be Giants, 22 times I think? Until 2020, I had seen them every year since 1997.

1. The National (10) 2. Protomartyr (8) 3. Waxahatchee (7) 4. Car Seat Headrest (7) 5. Wolf Parade (6)
I already have tickets to get Protomartyr and Waxahatchee to 9. And I had a nice 5 year Protomartyr streak going that was ended by the pandemic, but otherwise feels like it could go on as long as the band does

1. Of Montreal 13x 2. LCD Soundsystem 11x 3. Radiohead 8x 3. Wilco 8x 5. My Morning Jacket / TV on the Radio / Deerhunter / Band of Horses / William Tyler (once solo, 6x full band) 7x each
I’ll probably see both Wilco and Of Montreal in the next few months so those numbers will bump up. I excluded a couple local bands I’ve seen 10x+ each because no one knows them outside of Nashville (D. Watusi and Bows & Arrows). Next tier with 6x each is Kanye West, Soccer Mommy, Flaming Lips, the Decemberists and Dr. Dog (who I have never paid to see, just end up seeing them everywhere)

Then I have a bunch at 4x: Frightened Rabbit, LCD Soundsystem, Zola Jesus, Neon Indian, TV On the Radio, RHCP, Andrew Bird
