Vinyl records, CDs, other music related media....how much you got and why?
I own about ~300 vinyl records I've accumulated since 2013

If we're counting CDs, I have well over 400. We've got just under 200 records.

Probably just under 200 records. I really parsed down my CD collection when I moved out of my parent’s house so I’m sub 100 on those now. In terms of non-music related media I have far too many blu rays

I've mentioned on here before, before spotify, I was up to 2400+ cds. I've bought like 2 since I signed up for it.

Discogs says I have 254 records - and I've probably added a half-dozen or so more since it was last updated? Probably have about the same amount of CDs at home too.

sold all my CDs before a move a few years ago. my vinyl collection is extremely modest. could never convince myself it was the best thing to put money toward. since i've gone to fewer shows I have felt vaguely guilty about not supporting the artists I listen to beyond streaming plays, so maybe I'll pick it up.

i think im at like 325 for vinyl. stopped buying CD's a while ago but im sure it was over 300 back in the day as well. the real interesting thing would be for me to catalog my CD's and find out which albums i bought in both formats.

Over 400. All on CD and sitting in boxes in a closet. I have gone completely digital at this point.

I have roughly 630 records. Got rid of about 95% of my CD collection years ago.

I have about 30 CDs, no vinyl, 10 GB of mp3s, and Spotify. plus a shit ton of coasters.

I have a very small shoebox of old cds that meant a lot to me growing up, but they're all in a closet at my mom's. i don't really know what im saving them for.
i own probably 150-200 records.

I had more than 600 CDs and somewhere close to 200 LPs before moving to Brooklyn five years ago.

Vinyl - 366 titles over 502 records
CDs - 1896 titles over 2379 discs
I keep staring at my CDs and thinking I should get rid of most of them but never do anything about it.

I have gone completely digital at this point. Same, I couldn't tell you the last time I bought any physical media. I also have no idea what I currently have. I'd guess a couple hundred CDs and maybe 100 vinyl records? |

roughly 90 vinyl, only 6 or so CDs at my place, but 75ish sitting at my parents house i got on the d/l train early  |

1,698 records (pretty evenly split between 45s and LPs), 547 CDs, like 30 cassettes.
