I don't read reviews usually anyway, but def not doing it for this album since I don't want my approach colored before I even have the thing. This is the most significant release for me in a while.

Currently holds an 89 on Metacritic, which is (at this moment) the highest of their career. Obviously take into account that Metacritic wasn't that big in 2007, and the fact that more reviews will trickle in. Still a good sign though.

I mean, I would certainly score all their previous albums in the 90s, and Sound of Silver is a perfect 100 for me, it's a perfect album imo
