If I’m making an egg sandwich I usually do one over easy and one over medium because two eggs worth of runny yolk gets a little messy but this is a great ranking

Eggs over hard ever and only. 5 minute ban Do you understand that food can be good even if it's not sopping wet because I'm not sure you do at this point.

I would have put hardboiled below fast-scrambled but last night I followed New York Times' brand new rigorously tested "how to boil an egg" instructions and it turned out great so a bit of recency bias. Most hardboiled eggs are pretty trash

What is the difference between over easy and over medium? Can we agree that sunny side up are gross?

Scored a 0. All these things are fine if the person preparing them isn't a fucking moron.

What is the difference between over easy and over medium? Can we agree that sunny side up are gross? In my experience over easy is extremely runny, over medium is definitely runny but with a thin layer of hardened yolk on the outside

over easy should pretty much break if you look at it funny. over medium is like what you'd put on a burger so it doesnt break until you bite into it.

The best eggs I've ever had is the omelette farcie at Cafe Marie Jeanne (French omelette stuffed with soft scrambled eggs). So that is #1 and poached is second.

I thought over medium = soft, but not runny.

Scored a 0. All these things are fine if the person preparing them isn't a fucking moron. Yeah there isn’t anything even remotely weird on this list. There’s definitely some stuff I won’t try again (insects, rotisserie brain, fish eyes) I don’t like cooked banana I guess but I like raw banana so I guess that’s as close as I get.

Over medium is just a badly cooked over easy egg. With that said when eating a breakfast sandwich I cook over medium sometimes depending on the bread situation

Just for reference I made people in my old office take this quiz when I worked there and nobody scored below a 20, with the highest score being a 38

I forget how picky people are with food.
My sister and her husband went to Iceland last year and went to the same bar and grill in Reykjavik every night because they served burgers and other standards. I can't get over that, but to each their own, I guess.

I have a friend who would probably mark almost all of them. He doesn't even like cheese on his pizza.

All these cottage cheese haters smh (ok, two) Cottage cheese texture is gross. Same reason I can't do tofu...that texture turns me off even if I do like the flavor.

Texture is usually a bigger deterrent than taste, for me.

So you're saying we could just crumble up some Flamin' Hots into your mayo and then you'd be good with it.

I thought this would be a list of stuff like fried crickets, brain, lengua, etc. It's literally just "list of normal food".
My answer is correctly 0.

Had tripe for what I think was the first time a couple of weeks ago at a dim sum place. Wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to have it again. The Polish bakery/deli I worked at made an incredibly popular tripe soup that I thought looked really gross. Maybe I was missing out.
