ultravisitor may have a better idea but Slowdive is in the studio/recording. They were actually supposed to be in the studio in late April/early May, but coronavirus put a stop to that. At the end of the spring, their management was telling them to look to book dates for summer '21, whether or not the new album is ready. That idea may have changed, though, as the virus situation doesn't seem to be getting much better. Not all of them are even able to make it to the studio right now...but at least it's finally happening. |

from the upcoming Dirt Redux I guess it's more a remix than a cover, no? I do not dislike it, but maybe I would prefer to hear all new instrumentation. (Probably a bad take, 'cause 1. Thou and 2. the type of project.  ) |

im pretty sure it's all new instrumentation? the clean vox are coming from the bassist, i think, not a slowed down track of layne
maybe not tho. there are some weird effects going on but i figured it was just thou having fun

The guitar solo was definitely diferent from the original so I'm going to go with new instrumentation.

fuck yeah so happy Health is including the Perturbator and Youth Code tracks from last year. definitely getting a physical version.
also the Full of Health track is the best thing to happen to 2020
