National ShamrockFest, also commonly referred to as ShamrockFest, is a one-day music festival held in Washington, D.C. to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day.
ShamrockFest is held in a very large, paved, parking-lot type of area at Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium called the RFK Stadium Festival Fairgounds. (The festival is not held inside the stadium itself.) The festival is held on a Saturday near Saint Patrick's Day, typically from about 1pm to 9pm. The festival goes on regardless of weather, which can often be cold and rainy in Washington, D.C. in March. Typically, about 50 artists perform on approximately 7 stages for an audience of about 40,000 attendees. Though some emphasis is placed on Celtic music and other folk music, rock artists also perform at ShamrockFest.

Meat Loaf "almost cracked" when CBS executive Clive Davis rejected the project. According to Meat Loaf's autobiography, Davis commented that "actors don't make records" and challenged Steinman's writing abilities and knowledge of rock music:
"Do you know how to write a song? Do you know anything about writing? If you're going to write for records, it goes like this: A, B, C, B, C, C. I don't know what you're doing. You're doing A, D, F, G, B, D, C. You don't know how to write a song.... Have you ever listened to pop music? Have you ever heard any rock-and-roll music.... You should go downstairs when you leave here...and buy some rock-and-roll records."
Meat Loaf asserts, "Jim, at the time, knew every record ever made. [He] is a walking rock encyclopedia." Although Steinman laughed off the insults, the singer screamed "Fuck you, Clive!" from the street up to his building.

Cholmondeley Castle is a country house in the civil parish of Cholmondeley, Cheshire, England. Together with its adjacent formal gardens, it is surrounded by parkland. The site of the house has been a seat of the Cholmondeley family since the 12th century. This family has owned a castle in England for almost 1000 years. Those greedy mother fuckers.

A 2001 and 2004 study by Edward Armstrong found that of the 14 songs on The Marshall Mathers LP eleven contain violent and misogynistic lyrics and nine depict killing women through choking, stabbing, drowning, shooting, head and throat splitting. According to the study, Eminem scores 78% for violent misogyny while gangsta rap music in general reaches 22%.[116][117] Armstrong argues that violent misogyny characterizes most of Eminem's music and that the rapper "authenticates his self-presentations by outdoing other gangsta rappers in terms of his violent misogyny."[117] A fifteen-year-old boy in Fresno, California was arrested in September 2015 for making terrorist threats, after sharing the Columbine-related lyrics to "I'm Back" on Instagram.[118]It was at the bottom of my saved albums pile on Spotify and I made it 6 songs in before I had to turn it off.

For better or worse it’s in the cannon. And I can’t imagine it would get to the mainstream lexicon the way it did if it came out today

Wanted to see his tour so bad on that album cycle but my mom obviously wouldn't buy me tickets after hearing parts of the album coming from my room... I was a couple weeks into freshman year of high school when the show was happening and didn't have my own money right back then.
Ended up winning tickets from a radio contest and going anyway TAKE THAT MOM! And look at me now.

From "List of incidents at Walt Disney World," which is mostly instances of people dying on rides:
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe In March 2010, a 4-year-old boy from San Diego, California, suffered severe burns to his face and neck after being scalded by a tray of hot nacho cheese. The accident occurred when the boy sat down to dinner in an unstable chair and grabbed a food tray to prevent himself falling, resulting in the cheese falling off of the food tray and into his lap. The parents of the child sued Disney, with their attorney claiming that "the cheese should not have been that hot" and that Disney made no effort "to regulate and monitor the temperature of the nacho cheese which was being served to young children." A Disney representative commented on the incident: "It's unfortunate when any child is injured. We just received notice of the lawsuit and are currently reviewing it." The family settled out of court in 2011.

Holy shit this page is a trip yeah On September 12, 1992, a 37-year-old man entered Epcot after park closing and brandished a shotgun at three security guards, demanding to see his ex-girlfriend who worked at the park. He fired four blasts at the guards and took two of them hostage in a restroom near the Journey Into Imagination pavilion. As Orange County sheriff's deputies surrounded the area, the man released his hostages and emerged from the restroom with the shotgun held to his chest. After exchanging words with deputies, he put the gun to his head and fired. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Investigators attributed his actions to a recent breakup with his long-time girlfriend.

On May 29, 2007, a 34-year-old woman from Clermont, Florida, was attacked by a 51-year-old park guest from Anniston, Alabama, as they waited in line at the Mad Tea Party attraction.[122] The attacker was convicted on charges of battery[123] and sentenced to 90 days in jail, nine months of formal probation and an anger management course.[124] The victim and her husband later filed two separate lawsuits against Disney. Her lawsuit claims, among other things, that: Walt Disney World provided inadequate staff and security at the ride; there was a lack of adequate training to recognize security threats, that the park did not anticipate the attack and have the attacker removed before anything happened and that the following investigation was mishandled. His lawsuit against Disney is claiming the loss of his wife's support and companionship due to the attack.[125] In 2011, a jury found in favor of Disney.
