This TV came today and it seems a little bigger than I was anticipating even though I pretty much measured out the space. Kind of worried about these mounting guys telling me it's not going to fit on my mantel tomorrow, in which case it will truly be the stupidist of the stupid stuff I've bought. Might have to return it for the 55 inch. Update on this? Also how's your Series X? |

how is it? I need a new desk chair Haven't gotten it yet, they say I'm due to receive it on the 20th. Adding the headrest and additional lumbar support took me out of the quick ship category and they're pretty backed up. I had a hard time finding a place that had a ton of their chairs to try and ended up at a wholesaler type place where someone would normally go if they were opening an actual office and needed a ton of chairs/desks/etc. I sat in a Leap, Amia and this one for a while and this was the only one for me because of my height, but the Leap was also really nice and might have been what I went for if I weren't so tall, it's a couple hundred cheaper. I would try them out somewhere if you can, but their return policy is pretty solid too. If you do end up being interested in something from them let me know - the place I went took pity on me and gave me their wholesale code for 10% off of the Steelcase website even though I couldn't buy directly from the place since I was just buying a single chair. Saved me a ton. |

I honestly should've bought an air purifier sooner as its kept my condo smelling fresher and caught so many allergens and dust this season.

still like this? I’m in the market for an actual chair Yes! I have absolutely no regrets. I use it primarily for work but it's good for relaxing too, so many different settings. The headrest was crucial for me because of my height but you might be able to get away without it (or the Leap might also be a good option for you too). But yeah it's an amazing chair. I bought an Uplift desk at the same time and will recommend those as well. |

Finally got around to putting this together over the weekend and it is super cool. Lots of unique parts and techniques that aren't in your standard sets. Probably one of the coolest sets I've ever built and it looks very cool on the shelf (out of the reach of kid fivehole). |

I umm..ordered the beach towel and a shirt. Those criterion channel gift certificates covered half of it I also ordered some a24 socks because they were part of the aaa24 member sale for this month. Def upped my film nerd wardrobe game today. |

Any recommendations on a portable air conditioner? Do they even work? Context: I live in an old bungalow without central air and my office is in one of our upstairs spare rooms where a window a/c won't work.

We used to get the Kirkland light when I was in college because it was so cheap. I can still taste the faint corn flavor if I think about it hard enough. I don’t think I could do any Kirkland specific beers after that
