Since by the time I find out how much it is, these tees will be gone, I went for the tee. And then if I end up going for the sweater, too, oh well. |

 Only stupid because I entered and won the wrong size for the raffle (it was Women's sizing instead of Men's) and it is non-refundable/exchangeable. Hopefully can recoup my money on the resell market. |

I asked for a pair of those Eargasm earplugs I saw on amazon for my birthday in April, since I figure I'd try non-replaceable ones. Started using them around Shaky Knees, didn't seem like they were cutting out as much volume as the usual ones I use, but I wasn't sure if that was just the sound quality getting better. Used them last night at the Taylor show, and they do not do shit. My ear is ringing like nuts this morning.
Plus, the damn things fell out of my ears several times now. Once during the Walkmen show at Terminal West, I found it on the floor pretty easily at least. But one of them fell out last night at the Taylor show and I could not find the damn thing after that, so I only used one in the ear facing the speakers, and that is the one ringing like hell this morning. So I'll just be going back to my old foam ones for a while.

I’ve tried at least three or four different types of reusable earplugs over the past five years and I always go back to Etymotics. They’re not perfect, but I think they’re better than the alternatives. |

I don't like the eargasm ones either, they feel kinda flimsy to me. Try the etymotics, those are nice and last forever.

I love those Docs, but I don't have room in the rotation to wear them enough that the top layer would rub off much if at all.
I also love the other Pride docs they have with the black and white cartoon people on it.

Yeah I am wondering if I am going to wear them enough to get the full effect. Planning on maybe wearing them at least a couple of hours a day around the house for a while to see what happens and how quickly they wear, otherwise I may need to find a hack to remove it faster.
Those other Pride docs you mentioned are really sweet too.

Never owned an Apple Watch but the Prime Day discounts are huge and I think I might finally pull the trigger on the series 8. I've always held off thinking that the last model will be so much better than the current one but it doesn't seem that's going to be the case this year....

I'm getting better with the impulse control when it comes to objects I want that have little practical function in my life.
I still have problems when it comes to other stuff. Like, of course, I'll be able to get plenty of use out of a new coat or new shoes.

I purchased the Stop Making Sense long sleeve as well, but I did need a new long sleeve shirt. A24 collectibles are especially tough for me to resist as they are generally really nice quality.
