I was just invited to a Red Line doubleheader Bachelor Party in May. Excited even though that will be an absolute shitshow.

I know it's not a sure thing yet but Schilling being in the HOF is almost certainly gonna lead to him stumping for Trump at induction right?

S/O to the two good folks who threw my childhood a bone and voted for Cliff Lee. Thx for your service.

Schilling, Clemens, and Bonds getting in next year at the same time might be too much for the sports world to handle

Schilling, Clemens, and Bonds getting in next year at the same time might be too much for the sports world to handle Oooh this could be spicy! No surefire cases will be added to the ballot too - the most notable names eligible in 2021 are Mark Buehrle, Tim Hudson, and Torii Hunter.

Assuming that's the outfielder and not the reggaeton guy his market really evaporated. Castellanos probably isnt feeling great right now.

1. Very happy for Walker, well deserved.
2. I want to buy the writer who didn’t vote for Jeter a beer.
3. I don’t think either Bonds or Clemens will make it.
4. Too many morons voting for Vizquel.

I do think Casty will do better than a 1 year deal but if you're him and Boras you hate to see it.

Just grabbed a couple of tickets to the Larry Walker Retirement Ceremony game in April. It's on a Sunday and hopefully the kids let me see the intro and 3 innings.
Including spring training against the Dodgers, I currently have tickets to 6 games already. Very excited for this season.

The fact that Barry Bonds isn’t in the hall of fame right now is a god damn shame

"In five years, 17 free-agent signings have accounted for -2.7 WAR" #rockies Clearly the only way to solve that issue is to let those same talent evaluators trade away a superstar in his prime for prospects

The GM actually referenced the Dodgers not making many changes last offseason and still improving by 14 games as a reason the Rockies could do the same.
I don't know what they'll get for Arenado with that opt-out hanging over any deal. The Rangers are probably the team the makes the most sense because of their offensive issues and they new ballpark.

I don't think either side would do it, but something like Kopech and Madrigal for Arenado makes sense.

I don't think the Sox would give up either without assurances from Arenado's camp that he wouldn't use the opt-out.

Yikes I dont know that I'd give up Kopech for the right to pay Arenado close to market rate.

Yeah it's steep. I also don't like the idea of moving Moncada again. I don't think it happens regardless.

I don't follow the business side of baseball, but I'm glad the Royals re-signed Alex Gordon for 1/4.

Cubs shopping at the "checking StubHub an hour before the concert to see how cheap you can get it" aisle.

Casty to Reds.
So it looks like someone is going to be able to get Puig for close to nothing.
