guys they havent even sold 70% of tickets for one night at madison square garden there is a 75% chance the tour gets cancelled

I looked at the seating maps you're talking about and I figured you were exaggerating and just trolling.

But this tour is not selling well. I don't understand why they insist on playing arenas. LCD and The National could do the same thing but they choose venues they can sell out and create a more intimate experience. Why won't AF just play large ballrooms in smaller markets and shit like Red Rocks/Hollywood Bowl, etc?

There's so many other options that night. Plus, they just played Thalia in Feb, and already have a date announced at the Vic in November (with Japandroids). The aftershow was probably unnecessary.

If AF wants to be a huge arena band selling out shows then maybe they can not make an absolutely garbage album next time. I didn't even try for their free show tonight because I wouldn't make the effort to get there.

"Everything Now" is their highest charting single ever and their first #1 on a Billboard chart. They're doing fine. Album also hasn't even come out yet, sales willl pick up after more people have heard it.
