Ham salad is gross but all 3 of the others are A+. Chicken salad edges the others out since I think it’s the best standalone.

I mean its clearly Tuna Salad, unless you're an egg salad freak (in a nice way). Chicken Salad is maybe the most snackable but its never better than a good tuna salad on a sandwich/salad/etc.
I've never had a good ham salad

I used to be a chicken salad person, now I'd go with tuna. Granted, since I've lost a bunch of weight, I try to avoid these types of "salads" because let's face it, it's just said item (tuna/chicken/ egg, etc) with a bunch of mayo.

It's got protein, and it's a mixture of ingredients, protein based salad as far as I can see, better option than any of the abominations in the poll.
