Really good memories of seeing the hold steady with concertgoer at Thalia Hall coming back to me tonight. Of course by “memories” I mean videos I took on my phone during a Punch House blackout. |

Anyone else tune into Parquet Courts' 10th Anniversary stream last night? They played for about an hour & 15. Was hoping they'd go a bit longer. Played a bunch of tunes off Light up Gold & Sunbathing Animal which was cool, but still felt like I wanted a few more of the hits once it was over.

im looking forward to the lawrence arms war on xmas livestream tonight. feel extra thankful i was able to go to all three nights of the war on xmas at chop shop last year given where we're at now. excited to see the variety show lineup they have tonight, especially a matt skiba solo performance plus worriers and sincere engineer, among others.

That Sondre webcast from yesterday was wonderful. It was kind of a hybrid play/concert and it was shot incredibly well. I really want to go to that theater in Norway where it was filmed - the place is never-ending with the amount of rooms they were able to access.

idk where shit goes anymore but this new remote performance vid of animal collective doing "rain in cups" from this year's excellent bridge to quite ep is great, happy to see it's style is still very reminiscent of the touring they were doing in fall 2019. i love ac with piano (feels throwback vibe).
