So... should I add Val Demings (and Keisha Lance Bottom) to the list of potential picks?

I originally voted Abrams in this and I was very wrong.
I've been reading all the rumors and I'd put odds at like Kamala- 55% Warren- 20% Val Demings- 10% Susan Rice- 10% Other- 5%

Sure but what other demographics would she bring that he doesn't have already? It won't matter. Biden should flip back PA, MI, and WI and put FL, NC and AZ in play. Drunk boarding and just need to give Cowboy credit where credit is due here votesaveamerica.com/whitehouse/

I think he's secretary of state at this point. Gotta place a candidate based on their strengths you know?

How/when did Susan Rice enter the discussion?

How/when did Susan Rice enter the discussion? Dont't know but the above BBC piece was mentioning her and most specifically the following: Susan Rice is a bit of a surprise entry on this list, given that she has no experience holding elected office or campaigning in general, and is a relative unknown for most Americans. The diplomat is well-known to Biden, however, as she served in the Obama White House with him as national security adviser after a stint as the US representative to the United Nations. If Rice is the pick, she could play a key role in a Biden foreign policy team, suggesting that international relations will be a focus for his administration. Rice was a lightning rod for criticism during her Obama years, however. Republicans accused her of deceiving the American public about the reasons behind the 2012 attack on the US consulate in Benghazi that resulted in the death of the US ambassador to Libya and three other Americans. Reports that the Biden team has already vetted Rice for the vice-presidential slot suggests the campaign is casting a wide net in looking for a black woman running mate.

I can't find it now but there was an article showing the Wikipedia edit history in the last 2 elections for the vice presidential candidates and in the month before announcing, you would always see a shitload of edits to their pages. Comparing Warren, Duckworth, Abrams, and Harris, there's a pretty clear difference. Double digits for everyone except Harris who has like 400 something edits last I saw, specifically scrubbing her particularly shitty policies on policing etc. You can go through the edit history yourself and see what you think but it's almost certainly going to be her.

I poked through the edit logs for a few of them this morning because I thought it was interesting.
