Not interested in the apology album from an old rapper to his wife after she already bodied him *shrug* This is the worst take I've ever seen and he didn't have to even call something anti-semitic.

To the question of whether or not anyone will lose their job I think Blue will lose her job and will be replaced by Jacob Tremblay

i hope the necessary parties saw my opinions but hey who knows. i will say by far the weakest part of this album is on that explain each song thing thats popping around twitter where Jayz says that the chorus 'we stuck in la la land/even if we win, we lose' on Moonlight is "subtle"

Have we not talked about the 10-hour-old St. Vincent song?
Anyway, I dig it because NYC, although I hope the album isn't all low-key ballads like this. NYC show will be rad b/c of this song tho

Songs ok. Need a few more listens but my initial impression is that it's just an ok Annie song. As far as the introductory track to get us hyped for an album, I think Birth in Reverse did a much better job.
Also new AF song blows. 3/3 so far.
new National is ok as well, not as great as the first one but still decent.

new St Vincent is quite nice, albeit far less rawk than the last album.
that latest AF track isn't as bad as Creature Comfort but also p forgettable.
new National track is lovely but i like "System only Dreams in Total Darkness" more

Lyrics I'm guessing? I definitely think that's where Win is losing it mostly. But I like the new songs a lot, Signs of Life is definitely my least favorite.

I think the new Arcade Fire songs are mostly fine, but I have very high hopes for them live.

Also new AF song blows. 3/3 so far. I haven't been able to make it through any of them. I should try to be more open to the new stuff but I loathed Reflektor so much I am not sure I can do that. Too bad, I used to really enjoy them.

Fuck any song that just lists the days of the week in a row. Despite this, somehow, it's the most listenable of the AF tracks that have come out.

Have Arcade Fire's lyrics always been this terrible? Was I just fooled by their first 3 albums coming out while I was a teenager?

I don't think any of the three AF songs are great but I like Creature Comfort a good bit and Everything Now is fun (not 3 times on an album fun though) and I don't hate the new song even though its not great
I'm starting to expect like a 7/10 album for this album. I liked reflektor more than others I think though
