Someone tell me if Haim is worth spinning in 2017 because I'm super skeptical.

The Foo Fighters‘ new album “Concrete And Gold” will feature a guest appearance from Boyz II Men‘s Shawn Stockman according to Dave Grohl. He recently told BBC that Stockman will guest on what Grohl described as “the heaviest song of the entire record."
“The guy from Boyz II Men walking through the parking lot and me saying ‘Ahh, dude, would you sing on our record?’ And he does–on the heaviest song on the entire record [that would be the title track.] It sounds like Sabbath and Pink Floyd. It’s heavy. It’s the last song on the record with the guy from Boyz II Men… He built a choir–it’s like 40 vocals stacked. It’s insane.”

To be fair, Shawn Stockman is like 400 pounds now.

for those who like doomy, slow metal but with cleaner vocals, Paradise Lost released the first song "The Longest Winter" from their new album Medusa and it rips.

kinda surprised to see Hug of Thunder getting a BNM from P4K. They didn't BNT any of the preview tracks, but I'm okay with an 8.4. Love the album.

Andrew Savage song isn't doing much for me, it's a bit dry. Doesn't have the energy that makes Parquet Courts great... hopefully there's still a new PC album some time next year.
Protomartyr sounds like Protomartyr. It's good. Pretty sure they played this when I saw them open for Battles recently.

Love how Proto's first single off the record is weird af. They are the best.
I like that A. Savage, as well.
This is gonna be like the best year of music since about 2011.
