I think the only time I'd ever consider going to Disney would be around Halloween. Otherwise it just sounds miserable. I'm glad my wife and I have agreed on that for the future kiddo. Also, I really hate Florida. Fall is definitely the way to go. Better weather, Food & Wine, less school-age kids.

Also, I really hate Florida. Me too. But going back for the third time in five years because my company can't get enough of holding the annual meeting at this place with a nice golf course in Orlando. :/

Yeah it's dead here in the parks other than everyone wanting to do the Pandora ride which is like a 60 min wait minimum.

I did rent a car and drive out to the beach the last time I was there, and that was fine. It's not an obnoxious drive to the ocean from Orlando in the offseason. The Disneyland Halloween video keeps popping up on my FB feed, and that looks kind of fun. I rarely hear about anyone going to Disneyland, though.

I'd much rather hit up California and have other options besides the theme park.

Disneyland is very chill and lollaboard-friendly compared to Disney World where there are strollers and scooters everywhere.

I don't think I saw one scooter in four days at Disney or one day at universal

The Food & Wine Festival is like littered with old and fat people on scooters. These folks need scooter licenses to drive these things.

Oh, I forgot that was this time of year. Does that still happen in the otherwise abandoned pavilion where Body Wars once was? I've never been to that.

That area is used for food and beverage seminars. But yeah the area feels very dated and it's a shell of its former self.

Just need to record vocals and tweak some shit in post and the new record will be ready. Worked on album art today, which we'll be teasing soon. Wrong thread? Mayhap.

So I went back to Michigan Thursday night and got back last night and my apartment smelled AWFUL. I realized I hadn't taken the trash out before I left but even after the smell persisted. I thought I'd give it a day and turn on my fans and maybe it'd go away. I came back to today and it just hit me right away. At first I thought maybe it was my washing machine since I left clothes in there while I was gone and the lid open buuuuut I didn't turn it on so the clothes were dry. Now I'm paranoid I have mold. Going to wait around until 8 tomorrow and bring someone from the front desk in. My place is clean, there's no rotting food, so idk. It's either mold or somehow a rodent got in (live on the ground floor) and is dead under my washing machine because I've checked everywhere else. Old dusty mop and mop bucket in the corner of my apartment. Case closed.

But on a more serious tone, the weird smell specialist didn't catch that one? It seems open and closed to me.

I mean it's no Spindrift. With that said spindrift is so bad. i worked at a place that stocked that as seltzer for a week and we couldn't give em away so i got to take a couple home and nobody ever drank it out of the fridge either

I've never liked carbonated water. I'd rather just drink plain water, or a Coke.

I'd drink Topo Chico all day every day if it was more readily available and cheaper.
